It doesn’t matter if your brand is an international success or a small-to-medium enterprise; you can no longer ignore social media marketing. Facebook is constantly changing its privacy policy, and it can be challenging to stay on top of the percentage of your fans that are actually seeing your content. Make sure to follow your fans on twitter and respond to their inquiries with professionalism and kindness. Some big brands will even use an additional twitter handle just for customer service.

Social Media Marketing Through Instagram

Instagram tells your brand’s story with images. You can snap photos of your products, staff, customers, or whatever helps convey your brand’s culture. Some brands will display the manufacturing process of its products, while others choose to snap photos of customers and clients to show the ‘human’ aspect of their company. This is a great platform for thinking outside the box and having some fun.
