Detail-Oriented Organizers who thrive on keeping calendars, inboxes, and projects running smoothly—but need the business know-how to monetize those strengths.
Anyone Tired of “Job-Hopping” and dreaming of a reliable, recession-resistant skill set that companies and entrepreneurs will pay top dollar to outsource.
The Real Pain Points (We Get It)

1
“Where Do I Even Start?”
You know you’re organized, dependable, and tech-savvy—but you’re overwhelmed by a sea of job descriptions, conflicting advice, and “required” experience levels.
2
“Am I Even Qualified?”
You’ve managed family schedules, taken notes in meetings, maybe juggled a side hustle, but you worry no one will take you seriously without a fancy resume.
3
“What If I Can’t Figure Out the Tools?”
CRMs, project-management platforms, invoicing software—there’s a learning curve. You need guidance on what to learn, when, and how deeply.
4
“Fear of Wasting Months (or Years) Applying to Jobs I Don’t Qualify For.”
You’ve seen dozens of “must-have 3 years of experience” listings and don’t want to spin your wheels on applications that never land.
5
“I Need to Start Earning Yesterday.”
You can’t afford to wait six months building a portfolio. You need to start booking paying clients—or land a corporate EA role—as soon as possible.

Imagine Saying Goodbye to…
Endless scrolling through job boards, unsure what skills really matter.
The “application black hole,” where you apply to 50 postings and never hear back
Feeling like you don’t know which tools to learn—or which clients are worth pursuing.
Undercharging for your time because you’re second-guessing your value.
Instead, Picture Yourself…
Landing a $35–$50/hour retainer client (or a salaried EA role) within 4–6 weeks of graduation.
Confidently pitching your services to entrepreneurs who can’t wait to hire your support.
Setting your own hours and building a business that flexes around your life, not the other way around.
Managing a CEO’s calendar without breaking a sweat.
Faith L.
"I joined Summer Camp with little VA experience, and it was one of the best experiences. The challenges were fun, collaborative, and very benefitial for my professional growth. 10/10, I would recommend."
Amanda L.
"It was such a great reminder that even in a virtual world, we can still have connection and growth. MVP Summer Camp encouraged us to learn, engage, and step outside our normal routine. It pushed me to explore tools and strategies I hadn’t used before, and I still use some of them in my daily work."
